Customer Experiences Inside Hot Springs Village

I’m fanatical about customer service and experience. In any place with a decent population of people, there are scoundrels, crooks, and people who do poor work. But… some terrific people do a good job and care about making their customers happy. Today, I’ll share just three examples of people who have served me with exceptional service.

These are my experiences. As with all purchases, be cautious. Don’t pay in full upfront. I paid Jay half up front so he could order the materials necessary to complete our job. We didn’t pay him the balance until the work was completed. All along the way, he informed me of when he placed the order for the supplies when they arrived, and when he’d deliver them so the job could be started. Like all professionals who take pride in their work, he communicated all along the way.

Likewise, Dr. Kristi’s office communicated before and after the visit. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth observed that my gums were slightly inflamed due to my need for a good, deep cleaning (it had been over a year since I had been to a dentist). Dr. Kristi examined me thoroughly and pronounced my teeth “looked good.” So much for that charlatan who told me I needed $8,000 worth of work!

Marla and her team at Advantage Title & Escrow communicated at every turn via their secure portal (commonplace for real estate transactions). They were exceptional in communicating and handling the details of our house purchase.

These are the common traits of professional, upstanding business people. There are plenty of them inside and outside Hot Springs Village.
