Dave Hogan and Randy Houston came together in our radio careers at the legendary WISE in Asheville NC in the early 90's. Dave was the morning guy at the station that played a Nostalgia format. It was simulcast on WTZQ in Hendersonville. Randy was GM of the stations and he and Dave became fast friends and still hold a lot of respect for each other's abilities.
