Stop Straddling

Welcome to Week 6 of our preaching series in Samuel. When Samuel was young and Israel was infatuated with idolatry, they tried to break free of Philistine domination in their own way. The result was disaster and despair. 20 years later, a wiser Samuel and a repentant nation sought the Lord as their only possible source of strength against their enemy. When they did things God's way, they enjoyed a vastly different outcome but when they had a foot in two camps they were divided.
