Antifascism Works : The Sinking of Generation Identity in the UK.

When HOPE not hate heard of Generation Identity’s plans to try and prevent migrant rescue in the Mediterranean, we teamed up with antifascists across the world; including at Sleeping Giants and Avaaz, in order to stop the far right from risking lives.

When GI started a branch in the UK, we infiltrated and exposed their figurehead Martin Sellner making racist comments. We exposed their leaders for what they are, their extremist ties, and with other antifascists, we revealed two of their members were serving in the British Navy. 

With GI in the UK finished, we look back on what a successful antifascist campaign looks like in the 21st century.
