Phonecalls, visits from friends, maintaining and developing new friendships, Connecting with the ME Community have their own set of challenges. But there are ways, it just takes time.
An act of kindness can go a long way. And for me it's often helping me along the tech journey, as my brain aka treacle brain, can take some time to navigate it all. Here's a take on it.
