We are sent together to bring the good news, the gospel of the love of Jesus.
Follow Jesus in everything ... we live for Christ and not for ourselves.
What is the purpose of the church?
So, what is the Bible?
What do you place your faith in that you don't understand?
Every human being is made in the image of God, that is our primary identity.
Foundations : 3 things we believe about God. *At 16:03, video & audio quality change due to connectivity issue.
Make faith personal and make passing it on intentional
Everyone worships something. The question is what do you worship and is it worthy?
Am I indecisive about Jesus? Am I opposed to Jesus? Do I believe in Jesus? What is my response?
Trusting that Jesus is the Resurrection and Life heals our past and brings the hope of the future into our present
There are many paradoxes that exist within the Christian faith. The most difficult is the reality that Jesus loves you AND sometimes life is full of pain and suffering.
Mother's Day 2023. Made in the image of God, filled with the Spirit of God, called to mission of God.
What we ultimately want is found on the other side of a fully surrendered life.
What you really want and what God really wants for you are not that far off.
What you naturally want is rarely what you ultimately want.
What you want isn't always what you really need, or really want...the war within.
Easter 2023
Jesus comes into Jerusalem hailed as King, but is preparing to be slaughtered as the lambs for Passover.
Jesus makes some bold claims about himself that, if are true, should shape everything about our lives. Does the reality of who Jesus is inform how we live?
In John 10 Jesus says "I am the good shepherd." What does he mean by that? Why is that such good news for us?
We want the good life. We want a fulfilled life. We want abundant life. How do we get it? Jesus has something to say about that.
When we approach Jesus/Faith/The Bible are we looking for truth or are we looking for confirmation of what we already believe? Let's talk about that.
Why is there suffering in the world? What's the problem and who's to blame? Maybe a better question is what's the solution and who has it.
Wrinkle free days don't create great faith, because we don't know what we believe until it is tested. A faith that has been tested is a faith that can be trusted.
Discipline. Nobody likes it, but everyone needs it. Discipline is facilitates progress in all areas of life, including our faith.
When it comes to growing our faith and experiencing God’s faithfulness, proximity to others matters. We draw near to God, we hold onto our hope in Jesus, and we do it together.
Nothing grows faith quite like stepping out of your comfort zone and serving. It positions us to experience God's power in our weakness.
Believing things is fine, but believing doesn't make a difference. Doing is what makes a difference. When it comes to faith Jesus wants us to be "doers" of his word, not just "hearers."
"I have faith" is a common sentiment. Humans are spiritual, we are people of faith, but the question is: faith in what? Faith always has an object. Jesus invites us to make him the object of our faith. In other words, he wants us to trust him.
