Episode description

Entering 2025, the BlueClaws have played 3,001 regular season games, and only once has a player hit three home runs. That was Jake Blalock, who did so on May 20, 2004 in a game at Lexington. We catch up with Blalock, now a match teacher and baseball coach at Rancho Bernardo High School in San Diego, the same school from which both Blalock and Cole Hamels were drafted by the Phillies in 2002.

Hook Line & Splitter is presented by Groundworks.
