We take you to PsyTower-66, a tiny society build upon the ruins and bones of their predecessors, who were also built upon their predecessors, and so on and so forth, each a failed experiment to try to tame the dice-rolling, card-playing spirits of yore, all inexplicably mid-west America themed.
