Hey, listen, let me tell you what the o g say to us are logs and parents. Look it, don't start nothing you can't finish. You should know before you go here. Listen on starting nothing you can't finish. Don't start, don't don't starts. Don't start some things. Don't don't start. That is the clearest warning, right. But a lot of times you don't know how to read the room. You know what you're looking at, so you gotta know when
it's tyn to slide. I believe that the same man tennis. Okay, Look, there are certain things that you just pick up along the way that somebody really taught you or I mean, this knowledge really doesn't necessarily it's not necessary for your survival.
You just picked it up. You know, like how to read graffiti, knowing which neighborhoods is what like sometimes you know when you're driving through and if you just know what like consapas means on on the board, on the on the wall somewhere, it's like you just kind of pick that up. I'm not even gonna tell you what it means unless you speak Spanish and you already know. But it's some stuff. It's just like it's just just kind of comes with just you just pick it up
along the way. Other stuff is like absolutely essential for survival. It would make me question as to whether whether your backstory is true or not. Yeah, I said, And honestly, I feel like it's one of the things that are almost unspoken, like nobody points at it, but you just better know because again, it's essential for survival. And I'm like, look, this ain't even gotta be some like gangs, some gang stuff. It's legitimately. I can't think of any subgenre that this
thing is absolutely necessary. And it's this. You gotta be able to tell when it's time to slide. Who politics, y'all, don't start, don't don't start, don't don't start something, don't mean honestly, don't don't stuss what's up? Everybody listen, Uh, time to slide. Slide means if you don't know that, which it would be strange if you didn't. Well, let me not say that. That's not fair. Slide means it's
time to go. It's time to quit. Maybe you need to back off unless we can switch it out, like man, you know, it's it might be time to fall back, right, And like if you're an aggressor. It's like, yeah, it's you need to figure out, like, hey, I should probably fall back. Maybe this Jewics ain't worth the squeeze, or maybe I'm biting off mode and I can chew. I've stepped into something that I maybe have made a gross miscalculation. That's like you need to know when it's time to
fall back, uh, when it's time to slide. Oftentimes is more of an observation. When it's like you had a party. I may have brought this up before. I've done way too many episodes now, but you had a party and you could just kind of like noticed in the room. One of the one of the clues I've noticed is
the male to female ratio when it's started. When you start noticing like it's not enough, it's not enough enough ladies to go around in relation to the amount of like dudes that are here, You're like, oh, tensions probably gonna flare pretty soon. I should probably go. You can know. Oftentimes, like let's say you was at like a day function. You was at the barbecue. You know, because I'm from the West, I don't say cook out, so we say you at the barbecue, and you know, sons starting to
go down. You know what I'm saying, folks is at you know, or the carnal like you know, like we're gonna have a code side. That's like when Mexicans say they're gonna barbecue, We're gonna have a cotton side like that. You just named after the food in the same way we named the barbecue after barbecue. Right, So, sons starting to drop, you know what I'm saying, Some of the car games or the domino games, you know, like they're
getting a little more intense. But it's more because food has been drinking, you know, and it's starting to come off that like fun drinking to like emotional fun drunk to like emotional drunk. You know what I'm saying, y'all
know what. Y'all know what I'm talking about now, Like this is I'm specifically speaking like I can't speak about, like I'll be honest with you, like white American experience because again I'm gonna reiterate, I don't understand how y'all drink the way y'all drink, and why y'all act like this,
Like I don't get y'all's culture. I understand black Latino Filipino like brown folks, like what happens with us, you know when we're drinking, like I understand how we function like you we become like philosophizers or need to know everything, you know what I'm saying, or you get Superman baby baby maybe, but I love you. Food's looking at your face like hey, nig hey, I just want you to
know Nick, like whatever you need like for life. Monique me and you um you remember, like don't we go back to like head starting, like you know, son to get like reminiscent. You feel me a certain certain type of all of these come on like certain type of black folks, you know, certain type of like soul music
start popping. You know what I'm saying, foods getting the emotions, you know what I'm saying, Like you know with the what what the what with the Mexicans out here, like once the chint they get on, you know what I'm saying, Like like the story changes, but you need to realize like when there might be a moment when it's like it might be time to go and it's like I said, like one of one of the things is like the male the female ratio. One of the things is you
know how drunk everybody is. Is this fun drunk or emotional drunk? You know what I'm saying, because like it might it might don pop off or a certain person get there and everybody's body language changed like ah, yes, it's probably yeah it's time to go. Or somebody walk in. You look on from the other side of the room, somebody immediately pick up their phone start texting. It's like okay, yeah,
something something might be, something might be going down. I know when when Nipsey passed law arrest is so I was down there over there at the at the at the shop you know that, you know where they were starting to set up to make suft a little memorial for him on cranshaw Slaws. And I kind of looked around at just and like look, we all like this is I know where I am, you know, and again like I'm a civilian, you know, I'm I know niggas,
but like they're not worried about me. Everybody's morning, like you know, I'm clearly and it's like it's red blue, it's botos, it is everybody over there because Nipsey was so transcendent, you know. But um, but don't get it confused, like it's still could pop off, you know what I'm saying, Like you just have to be able to realize, Hey, it might look energy shifting like just and I just I mean, it's it's an art form as like, it's
not a science. I can't tell you all of the telle tell things, but I can tell you when you like, yeah, I should probably I should probably fall back. I should. It's probably might be time to go and look and when you feel it, bounce, don't don't stick around. You're getting you you know what I'm saying, don't get curious,
don't know, nig it's time to go. I can't tell you how many situations I've been saved from or at the same time, it's like, you know, it might be time for action, Like there are times that it's like in the same you know, depending on your situation, that same feeling maybe like Okay, I need a fire on this dude now, because if somebody don't deal with this right now, it's gonna get crazy, you know. And that's
so that's another thing. Either way, it's it's the same sort of antenna you have when I talk about falling back, it's like, you know, there might be a moment when you realize that like, hey, I'm not gonna win this, like I don't. It might be time and you have to be able to read that like you know, oh, for anybody has been in a fight, you know what
I'm saying. Like, it's if a person can take your best, like your best punches, your best things, and they're not they're not falling, and you you may need to You may need to think of an exit strategy even if they're not really punching that hard back at you, but they've taken everything you've given them. This might be a
situation you gotta fall back. Or you know, when the crowd kind of turned on you, maybe you was wailing on somebody and after a while the crowd is like, all right, okay, you know you made your point, and if you keep going, they the room might change might turn on you because now now you're the sucker, now you're the punk. It's like come on, family, like and
it just depends, like it's not always like that. You just have to be able to know the situation where they might be like, hey, whoop this nigga asked, and then you're whooping his ass and after a while they're like all right, like what are you doing now? Like are you flexing? Like you don't have to do artists,
I feel like you can. Like God, there's so many applications of this, Like you gotta know when to fall back, You gotta know when it's time to go, when it's time to like, you know, plan an exit strategy, because look, okay, this might seem like a stretch, but I swear to you it's the same sort of It's a cousin of the same antenna. Listen for US natives to Los Angeles and even surrounding areas. I'm gonna extend this to surrounding probably probably it's the same in Orange County, like in
the valley. Like when you're from an area that has the type of entertainment industry that we have, there's a certain you're flexing, you're stunting. It's it's in context. You gotta know when to like, yo, you you probably shut up, you know what I'm saying, Like and and you have to be able to because you don't know who you're offending. You don't know who you're trying to stunt on that they are laughing at you, and you have just ruined
any possibility for any success for yourself later. Listen, like when I try to tell you like these are like true stories. It's like you, Mike, second and third grade teachers, like we're like studio background singers. Like they're on like multiple eighties like albums like Diva icons, Like they sang toward with like icons of like R and B and
soul and pop music. They just happened to be my third grade teachers because either a they was just tired of the road or beat they were just off tour and like you know, they only you only get paid for the event, so they just they still had their own sort of things they were doing. But they're professional. They're singers. They're professional singers. That's my third grade teacher. It's just it's you. You so you don't stunt because
you're like, oh, do you just a teacher? It's like, well, no, I sang on Whitney Houston's album like you just fall back, bro like read you know what I'm saying, Like you don't assume the person pouring your latte. You know, it's just kind of weird. But they're just like, man, you look real, oh to be a barista? Yes, because it's like, well that was um, that's Bruce Springsteen's like guitar tech. He just got tired of touring, so he just was like, I want to try. I want to try. That's what
it's like growing your yo. Yo yo. A friend of your cousin that goes to your cousin school is having like pool party out of the valley at his godfather's house, and he's like, yo, you want to come to this cool pool party? He was like, yeah, let's dope. You know when you're freshman. You're freshman in high school and your cousins like, hey, you want to come to this pool party women is gonna have from cute girls. They're like, okay, cool, it's at his godfather's house. You go to godfather's house.
It's Quincy Jones Like you don't, like, yeah, it's just this is what it's like. So you don't. You gotta know when they're like, hey, you should shut up, dog like, oh yeah, no, I got this demo home working on. Oh word, that's cool man, Oh you wrap, that's dope. Here's what happened to me. And I swear to you, dude that this is what happened to me. And it was church summer camp, church camp like red Camp, church
youth group summer camp. And there just happened to be another church that was there, and that church was from Inglewood, and I was like, oh, dope, black people. So we started playing Like, like I said, I went to a Latino church, so it was cool to see black people. So we we we started playing pool and I was talking to one of the hommies and he was like, yo, you wrap. I was like, yeah, man, I've be's spending.
He was like, oh this stuff, man, I'll be rapping two And I was like in my head, I was like, man, I served this nick right, you know, I spent a couple of bars. He was like, Oh, it's dope. Okay, that's cool man. The dude was ray J. Yeah, it was ray J. He it was Brandy's little it was ray J. I used his headphones. Ray God. It's so I didn't know, like you just you don't because we're just in the city. So you don't stunt. You gotta
know when to shut your mouth. You gotta know when you outclassed and when and then start playing your exit straty. What I should have done was like, oh, where y'all do music. You do music too, man, I stop, man, let me hear something. You got what I'm saying, Like you like a demo or something. You know, we're like, yo, let's have a little cipher. You know. That's what I should have done, rather than being like, now, I served this food, so I was like, you know what I'm saying. No,
you don't like fall back. You have to know when to fall back. You gotta know when it's time to slide, when the when the when, and you gotta have your exit strategy. You gotta know when you're not going to win this. Yeah, y'all want to know what I'm talking about talking about the captain, the cap the O G K G B, the the the poisoner in chief, Mr Vladimir Putin. Y'all, let's talk about this war. Let's go to this break though, because Dank, I've been talking a lot.
Gonna check out these uh, these things we're trying to sell you. Well, I'm not trying to sell you. I are trying to sell you well. I'm trying to sell it to you so I can make my advance back for this serious um. This is way too much information. Check out the ass don't start. Don't don't start, don't start. I'm set, don't don't start, all right, Joe. So Russia just had a holiday, and it's a holiday about the
ending of World War two, World War two. If you don't know, I didn't you never or paid attention to any movie uh or in school at all, uh, which is fine. But it was a strange thing because we were low key, like I mean, we had a common enemy as in America and Russia, and that was in you know, Nazi Germany. You know, so our victory in some ways was it was their victory, and the ending of World War two is it's it's a holiday out
in Russia. So how do you celebrate a situation where, look, somebody tried to run up on us and take care of take over our land and you know, knock us out of our place, and the world banded together and told this aggressive country and regime that you are not allowed to do this. We respect borders, we respect sovereignty, and today is the day that we celebrate that this was done while y'r ass is currently in the process
of doing something way similar. Right, because you don't already twisted your brain into a pretzel, to be like would Ukraine you already belong to us. I just need to remind you that you do right, that's your that's your pretzel. You didn't already like twisted your brain into so that's how you're able to make make the math math right. But now you gotta tell you know, your nation who has two eyes, that what you're doing in Ukraine is successful and noble and yeah, that you win it. You
gotta tell them that no, this is working. We're fighting neo Nazis on the ground in the same way that we fought the Nazi regime in World War Two. We're fighting them now. Now, now let me pause for a second. Yes, there are a lot of right wing neo Nazis in Ukraine, super white supremacists. Is complicated, but they just loud, you know. I mean they trash, of course. But just because they trash don't mean Russia got the right. You understand I'm saying to come and just take a look. We got
we got white nationalists, we got white supremacists here. That don't mean I'd be cool with or in country just coming in on some debo my bike punk like now like just no, you yeah, they trash, but don't mean you get the whole country family, right, But that's just that's part of his argument, and it's you know, it's not that's not and obviously that's not what they're doing. You ain't on some sort of moral crusade to root out white supremacy in Ukraine. That's not what the hell
you do it. But you gotta get out there and tell him that's what you're doing. So anyway, what's the comparison here? I don't know. I don't know Putin got an extra strategy. I don't know if he read the room very well. I think he just gonna ride this one out because you gotta know when this time to
slide or when you probably should have felled back. And a lot of times you don't know when to fall back because last time it worked, you know what I'm saying, So last time and give you a little last time for Russia. So like if you think about like last time, look two thousand eight, you know what I'm saying, put and put together this like super elite, like these small, like nimble forces that just bum rush fools, and they could move so quick that like you know, you mop
somebody before they even know what happened. And that's like why this stuff in like Georgia, all the stuff they did in Syria, Libya, molly like and then twice in Ukraine. Like how you how they annexed Crimea was because we were small, nimble and was like scrappers like these some bad mo fols that just pull up real quick, overwhelmed, bum rush get out. It worked right again, Crimea River.
That's why Crimea, like, that's how they annexed it them fools, was like, let's just do that only bigger in in the beginning of this war, right because it worked last time. We got this that the whole surrounding of the Ukrainian border, and it was like all right on this day, Bob, everybody bum rushed them fools and they sent everybody in and like we said before, it was in hopes that like, yo, this mug will be over quick. You don't send everything you got if you don't think it's gonna be done.
And like we said before, you made a gross miscalculation about the heart of these people you rushing. They held it down, covered up, you know, you covered up. You throw blows like you can y'all just watch this Canella fight. You see that boy. You see that boy hold his own and beat him. I mean, I look, I did. I am one. I thought that it would go to well, but I underestimated homeboy. This was on sicco to my dad.
Have to cannal if you're not in the boxing. This this uh De light skinned Doude, light skinned Mexican brother from Guadalaja. Uh he'd been doing this thing where he he just go up weight divisions, gets gets the belt and then go to the next weight division. So he in the light heavyweights right now. And so for him, he got a bulk up to be a part of the light heavyweights. Now he's scrapping against somebody who's been whose natural weight is a light heavyweight. He used to
people putting the pause on it. He used to getting hit by people who weighed you know, one seventy five of pure muscle. I'm he used to it. I've been catching blows from eighty you know what I'm saying, pound plus of ground rush. You know what I'm saying. Like I've been getting hit with these bear paws my whole time, so you could throw them on me, But like I know how to take these punches because I've been taking them the whole time. I also know how to dish
them out. I as as somebody that's a fan of boxing, and who really thought Connella was gonna in this thing. That was a gross miscalculation. You forget you get to that weight division. They know what they're doing. Again, like, I don't know how you if you're in the boxing, Cannella throw blows like that boy, that boy throw blows. He he dazes foods like you know this tactician, this brother, this this this this brother. He thought was like I know how to take blows and I know how to
throw blows. The mug went twelve rounds and I had never seen Cannello gassed. If you like, if you watch somebody like twelve rounds of boxing, h bro, you your tank is empty, especially with somebody you're throwing everything you got at and they're not falling. I mean, I don't even did that man didn't even seem he ain't even seemed tired at the end because he used to this. Yeah, I've been dealing with I've been dealing with dudes like you this whole time. Like listen, Ukraine, like look, ye'a'
have been at our borders. This whole time you think we we didn't expect you to actually do it, but you think we can't take no punches. You've been punching at us since we've been a country. We got this like look and you got to know a little bit about Ukraine. Ukraine like what they feel like as there sort of ethnic identity. They're like, Yo, we cossacks, homie, you know, I'll do your homework. We cossacks, bro we brawlers.
We does this gone gone gone Google to Cossacks, Like, understand what I mean when I say that we scraped. We didn't want it with you, but I'm trying to We're trying to pull out. We've been trying to run with other people. We've been trying to do our own thing, but we were scraped. Don't starts, don't don't starts, don't don't snarssolute means you don't start. So your clue number one of like, yo, I should probably like fall back. Let me just let me make myself not look like
asshole and figure out the exit strategy. When you first saw that, after them seventy two hours, Granny Babushkas was like, look, farmers like overtaking your tanks. You would like y'all committing gross human atrocities because you're desperate. Because these foods did not fall, They did not They got more heart than a little bit. That's why you over here cutting off cutting off gas to other countries because you're afraid other
people gonna jump in. You ain't got like listen, I don't know what your plan B is, but one thing I know to do is when it's time to slide. So didn't look so then it was like planing B was like all right, yo, uh maneuverist. This is I'm I'm pulling this from a BBC News article UM which which uh I'm getting a lot of this information from.
But like um plan be if you look at what they do and it's more like maneuver like take on take on small cities right uh, you know the part that like there's a city that everybody keeps talking about that connects Crimea with the eastern part of the side that are like Russian separatists in Ukraine. If you could connect those cities right then now you've got a connected block you gotta set. You know what I'm saying that you could like now control a little more right now,
let me read this to you from the BBC. Having failed with Plan A to seize the government in Kiev before President Zelinski's forces or outside world could react, Moscow switched to a Plan B. This was more of a maneuverous military approach to surround Kiev and move in on other Ukrainian cities. Um, I'm gonna pronounce this wrong, uh, chair Noviv, Sumi, Mariopal, which is the city I was talking about right now that connects the thing and some
other cities that I'm gonna mispronounce. And I don't want to dis something like that and simply snuff out Ukrainian arm resistance while Kiev would be threatened by capitulation or destruction. But this two failed. Kurshion was the only major city that fell under Russian control and has since continued to resist Russian administration. The fact is that Russian forces were too small to dominate such a big country. They performed
very poorly for a mixture of reasons. They were badly led and dispersed around four separate fronts, from Kiev to a city I can't pronounce with no overall commander. Y'all, remember when I had a B, you know, I am legally hyped on here, and we talked about like this, you're not thinking this through because even if you conquer a city, these people don't fool with you, like they not gonna you think you're just gonna come in here and just take like these people don't mess with you.
They don't mess with you like that, and we'll look, it just happened. That's because the hood knows. You know what I'm saying, These people don't fool with you. So then look, now you gotta switch to Plan C, which is like, okay, we we couldn't get kid, you know
what I'm saying. Uh, So maybe let's pivot. Let's focus our major offenses up in the dun Boss region, right, And I know you've been have you been following the news they've been talking about that, right, Uh, and then probably go as far as like the city of Odessa, right, which is a port city in the southwest, and like, so you're trying to like landlock the country because look,
Plan A and B ain't work. And this is the campaign that we now seeing play across the east right as as they're trying to try to trying to make this thing work now, But even if planning c work, you basically get you gotta go for broke again. You have to throw everything you got at the thing. So essentially like you're gonna be because if you keep doing this, guess what the West gonna keep supplying you crate with weapons. You can't never overpower them. Because again remember when I
told you earlier in this show. If you throw everything you got it somebody and they just take it, you need to recalculate. There's no like you either gonna be in a forever war with these people fighting for this spot, or you have to go nuclear and wipe everybody out. You can't stop everybody else from helping. Nobody's jumped in, you right, nobody's jumped in. But we But we keep throwing Ukraine weapons. We just America, just like did we
just not approve billions of dollars hit weapons? You didn't know when it was time to slide plans A, B or C are all bum rush plans and need you'd have been off motor. You can choose. You can to tire your army out and then not only that, the other leverage you got to keep everybody out of this out of this war is the fact that like, well, you control European energy. Everybody get their oil and their
gas from you. Everybody get their power from you. You understand that if people figure out another source then we were then nicks don't need you if they find another plug because you keep doing this ship right. You didn't cut off a couple of countries that where they're gonna have to figure out something else. Once they figure out something else, there's no reason to play nice with you. You just set yourself up for situation you did. You have played all your cards. You're only option now is
actually nuclear war. But why would you do that? You have killed the place she was trying to own? You got like you, bro, do you know what you just did to yourself by not knowing? Whining the slide? You keep being reckless. You think we're gonna stop sending weapons. We're not gonna stop sending weapons if you're gonna keep shooting. And remember when I said there might come a time even the people that are on your side might turn on you because you're getting a little crazy. Like Yo,
maybe it's okay, homie, it's sign it okay. You you the major point, it's sign to chill. You're putting you might nigga. You a war criminal. Now, like even somebody on your side, you could tell us you're fighting Nazi is supreme. But like the such thing as the Internet, we all know that's not what you're doing. Well, I have to do this, sister. You don't have to do you. They was minding their old business. Bro, you're gonna turn the people that might have been on your side against you.
And remember what we told y'all again when legally hype was here my own girl a B shout out a B. Listen, you're about to start messing with the bags. These Russian people, they make money. So even though you had a holiday own victory day, right we're president. Pounu claimed that there's a light at the end of this very dark tunnel, he still got to own the fact that you didn't drove us into this tunnel. Bro, you ain't gonna what's your like, what's your You gotta playing Q bro take
it from us. You gotta know when to fall back, homie. Sometimes you just got a hold of L. If you don't know how the old holder l you just end up collecting them. Look, man, my GM might be trying to slide say you're sorry, and uh pack your little stuff and go home. What do I know? I'm just kid, Los Angeles, California. Little politics, y'all. Yeah, that's here. Thing was recorded by me Propaganda in East Lows, Boil Heights, Los Angeles, California. That smug was mixed, edited, mastered, and
