Podvent Day 11

Kate and Deli chat about how they don't even know what day it is on the podvent calendar, and there isn't much more of a December thing than that! But after that they talk giving back, getting out of your own headspace and helping someone else! Maybe giving gingerbreads to a neighbour (yes Kate manages to talk about gingerbreads again;) Deli talks about what it can do you to neuro chemically to give love, money or time into something that helps someone else this Christmas.
