Honestly I need to be seen

Today, on the pod Deli and Kate talk all about being "seen." Seen at work, at home, and in all relationships. How it can make you feel to be constantly not seen, and maybe even how you can 'see' yourself sometimes. They talk about having the "hard conversations" in all sorts of relationships so we can be seen and how worthwhile it is! And how it is worth fighting for.
