Florida Living/ Finding Common Ground

Jonathan discusses his life in Florida, and what makes him strive to be back in the DMV. He also talks about how to develop his personality into not always having friction within his new job. He has philosophy differences between him and his higher ups, and he opens up about how to find common ground instead of in fighting which causes no one any joy. Another thing is his ongoing need to be developed into a better person, and he talks about how he does not think he can find that in Florida.
