Talking with STAT

STAT founders Dale Massey and Eric Culver worked together for many years in special operations and SWAT. During their time together, leading a full-time SWAT Team, training was a huge part of daily operations. In their positions, they had many interactions with the community and realized there was no training specifically tailored for civilians. With their shared passion for training, they set out to develop training programs for civilians with survival strategies designed specifically for an active aggressor event. They knew a valuable opportunity existed to build stronger communities, increase self-awareness, and protect civilians and their families in the face of danger. STAT was created to give civilians, businesses, and first responders the tools needed to mentally and physically prepare for an active aggressor event in the workplace, or in the course of everyday life.
