88: Let's talk about Mercury going Retrograde!

Today I’ve got back on the show Rachel Lang and Tisha Morris to talk about our July Mercury retrograde and how we can use this time to reflect, renew, revisit and revaluate our personal Chi and also our homes!

We talk about what a retrograde is, how it can trigger us is we aren’t prepared, what to expect and how to navigate it with grace. In addition, we discuss both the solar and lunar eclipse happening July 2 and July 16. This month will be all about creative expression, purging what no longer serves us and seeing this as an opportunity to upgrade into our best self!
