What motivates people to move

The average family moves about every 8 1/2 years.  While many people will stay in their homes for decades others move more often and for a variety of reasons.  We discuss some of the key motivators for why people are moving.  We talk about personal reasons, economic reasons, and other outside factors that motivate people to buy or build a home.
