Good News on Tariffs

April 2nd was declared Liberation Day as reciprocal tariffs were announced.

While there was much dread over how these would affect costs, there were several surprisingly positive developments for the housing industry.

We discuss the latest and how a bleak situation turned positive quickly.

Canada, Mexico are dropping their tariffs and building materials from the two countries are excluded.

However many new tariffs are coming from other countries. Looks like more things to keep track of.
