Do gas prices affect housing values?

Well we are all feeling the pinch at the pump lately.  Gas has increased about 80 cents since the beginning of the year.  The bigger question is how does gas prices affect home values?  We explore several in depth studies on gas prices and how they affect consumer behavior and pricing of both rural and urban homes.  There is some pretty interesting findings.  Tune in to learn more.
