HOLISTIC TIPS: Building Trust

Welcome back to another monthly Holistic Tips episode! This month we are talking about building trust (either for the first time or after it's been broken). Today, I introduce Brene Brown's BRAVING Inventory and some examples of each. Then, I explain how trust not only needs to be mutual between each person in the relationship, but it also needs to start intrinsically with ourselves. Finally, I end by posing the question: how can we ever begin to trust others if we cannot trust ourselves or not uphold each element of trust in ourselves first?
