Episode description

It’s already the New Year, 2021!  Most of us come up with resolutions each year.  Before setting your resolutions in stone, check out this episode as Andrew talks about the art of goal setting.  Making a resolution is setting a goal for yourself.  How are you framing your goals for the upcoming year?

In this episode, Andrew goes into depth about positive vs. negative goal setting and the ways that we can set out to make our goals more attainable.  He lays out how we can set our goals in a way that has us building towards success.  Goals need to be assessed, revisited, and adjusted when needed.  Often, we keep our eyes on the horizon.  We tend to focus on the big picture and look towards our long-term goals.  However, turning our focus towards smaller goals along the way, we are more likely to appreciate the small wins and fuel our motivation to keep going.  Andrew describes how focusing on short-term goals can be more effective and dives into great detail on how we can sustain our resolutions this year.  Listen in on this episode to enter into this new year feeling motivated.  Remember to celebrate every small win this year in 2021!  Aloha!
