In the final episode of Hit & Run for 2022, Matt Spiegel opened his show by reacting to White Sox ace Dylan Cease nearly throwing a no-hitter in a 13-0 win against the Twins on Saturday evening. Spiegel also examined acting manager Miguel Cairo's immediate impact on the White Sox as he fills in for Tony La Russa, who's on a medical leave of absence.
