History of Ancient Ladakh
Ladakh was known by different names like land of passes,maryul,Ma-Lo-Pho etc differenet races of people like aryans,dards etc were settled here buddhism flourished from central asia,islam and christian also spread through christian missionaries tibetan ruler attacked it like nyima gon and made dynasty ladakh became independent in 10th century ruled by singe namgyal and built leh palace
