Episode description

Mike Bartolotti discusses what it's like to be a wilderness guide in the Adirondacks, living and recreating in Adirondack Park and how he co-founded a challenge to get people exploring the local mountains during every season. We chat hike peaks challenges, the Fulton Chain Trifecta, 90 mile canoe races, and the many ways to recreate in the Adirondacks.

Mike also shares his advice for becoming a wilderness guide and the steps he took to get there, including being a Search and Rescue volunteer.
