Blood Mountain is the highest summit on the Georgia section of the Appalachian Trail. This bonus episode takes you to the summit via the most direct route. Starting at the Byron Reece Trailhead and connecting to the A.T. - you'll reach the summit in just over 2 miles and tackling over 1400 feet of elevation gain.
