In this episode, I try my best to reflect on the trash ass year that was 2020.⠀ ⁠⠀ A global pandemic 😷.⁠⠀ Economic instability 📉.⁠⠀ Racial inequity and civil unrest ✊🏾.⁠⠀ Our Democratic processes & Presidential election being undermined by an 🍊.⁠⠀ The incredible amount of loss 🙏🏾.

I walk through a simple reflection guide I put together on my IG Page that consists of three questions to help process 2020:

1. What in 2020, can I be grateful for?
2. What will I leave in 2020?
3. What will I take into 2021?

I also spend some time talking about some celebrations from last year, because you have to find some joy in the mess.
