He is the owner & founder of WholeHealthConnections, which is based in helping individuals become empowered in taking control of their health so they may reach their full potential & live their lives to the fullest; is the co founder of a local Quincy based movement called Ice & Iron, which is centered around creating community bonds & lifelong friendships through in person & online connection & is the co author of Shelly Shines, a children's book dedicated to helping children discover the beauty in sharing their ideas with others.
