Episode 36: After being a wall flower and feeling stuck in a shell for nearly 21 years Dest finally feels like she is living her best life without the fear of other people’s judgement. Dest shares the struggles she has with self love and anxiety. But, is paving the way to a happy filling life without letting those struggles stop her.
