Rev. Krista Gregory, MDiv, BCC is the founder of the Center for Resiliency at Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas. The center was established with the belief that the language and structure of medicine needs to transform to provide a sustainable setting for practitioners to counter burnout and increase personal and professional fulfillment. Gregory is a board certified chaplain who has worked in the healthcare field for over 25 years with physicians, residents and healthcare professionals, both in adult and pediatric facilities.
