Simon Leis has been at the center of some of the biggest cases in Hamilton County history. Jerry Springer, Larry Flynt, and Robert Mapplethorpe all had to answer for their crimes to Simon Leis. Many have called the former Sherriff the Moral Crusader of Cincinnati.
