Clandestine evil plot waged against citizens called the Targeted Individual program which is a covert torture,stalking,harassment,entrapment program meant to create false flag events. Many people are falsely accused of terrorism in order to be placed on government watchlist by the FBI, CIA,DOJ,Interpol. Once watchlisted those who are targeted are stripped of human,civil rights and thrown in non consensual human experiments with directed energy weapons that target the body,mind which are neutral weaponry and listed as non lethal weapons.
