Mockers (harassers, aka gangstalkers)

Community harassment networks use cointelpro tactics from the playbook of psychological warfare against civil rights organizations and leaders like Mlk,Malcolm X and environmentalist groups that were targeted by the U.S. government. Illegal tactics of stalking,harassment, workplace mobbing is being used against citizens labeled domestic terrorist. Under the slanderous label targeted reputations are being defamed by community based agents who are "poisoning the well" or going around spreading lies,gossip and misinformation to get people to turn against the targeted individual. This system is satanic and worldwide. Its not only slander but also psychological and physical torture. The U.S. government is using direct energy weapons like what happened to the Cuban diplomats who were hit with electromagnetic frequencies that cause harm to the mind and body; its being used against people labeled enemies of the state. Its plausible deniabillity. Silent assassinations or a silent holocaust is happening with direct energy technology. Private citizens are being paid under the table to participate in organized harassment networks who are modern day vigilantes. Private contractors,police and other groups with power are abusing the authority and technology have become judge,jury and executioner. No longer due process or equal protection under the law. A social credit score like in China is here in Amerikkka which is hidden in plain site. These are nothing more than revenge for hire motives and not keeping crime down. In fact harassment is used to provoke people in hopes the person being tormented daily,yearly to snap so its justification for proactive policing. Its a scam!!!
