Self-Validation: How Socialization Challenges Us to Find Our Own Identities

The ladies are back!! After enjoying their holiday break, Tay and Nik return to the mics to enjoy the great conversation. To christen their return, the ladies are joined by Obio Jones, who's goal is to create safe spaces for LGBTGIAP+ communities. In an effort to ease back into things, the drink to accompany the conversation is just water. However, that water doesn't put out the fire conversation revolving around self-awareness, the idea of "coming out" and who it benefits, internalized validation/confidence and where it comes from, and much more. We are excited to be back and look forward to a special season!
