Dave Monroe is an instructor of applied ethics at St Petersburg College in Florida and is currently researching his PHd on Michel Serres’ moral theory. In this episode we discuss the work of Michel Serres in relation to gustatory aesthetics, Serres’ notion of the second tongue and the idea of privileged senses within philosophy.
