Who is more influential in Atlanta, Tyler Perry or Ted Turner.
Turner Tat Turner has a stronger foothold and anchor. He's done more in Atlanta than Tyler Perry ever will do. Tyler Perry just simply makes those horrible movies and bought half of Fort McPherson to do it. That's about the greatest thing Tyler Perry has contributed to Atlanta and money wise, is buying all the damn near most of Fort McPherson Because like years ago, when the Army was going through closing bases that they didn't seem as strong military holds.
I grew up between Fort McPherson and Fort Gillam in Georgia, and they close both of them. They're they're they're like, I have small sections where they keep equipment and just like kind of some outposts where soders can come in and out whatever to do some things, keep equipment.
But Fort Gillam got bought by a bunch of warehouse developing Kroger got a big chunk of it, and Fort McPherson, Tyler Perry bought most of that and built those studios out there.
Turn started TBS there
