E:4 Who am I to have a podcast?!

Damn, the imposter syndrome has been strong right lately! I “allowed” myself to skip a week of recording and my ego got loud… Who are you to have a podcast? What do you have to say? Who’s even listening?! After sitting in meditation for the third time today, I decided to take my power back and say, “I’m worthy of showing up and sharing my voice!” If what I have to share inspires one person, then I feel that I’ve made a difference and that’s my “why.” SO, here we grow 🙌🏼🌿
