Welcome back to Here We Grow 🙌🏼 Please join me for this nourishing, meditative drop IN and and join the conversation as I share how important it is to me to pivot into this next chapter of my life, from self less to self FULL. We all know that we can't give from an empty cup and the quickest way to drain our cup is to put ourself second, third, fourth or LAST! This simply isn't sustainable and I come from a long line of women who cared SO much and in some ways had no choice but to put everyone before them, I'm here to break this generational patter. It's time to be full of our selves in the most healthy way so that we have even more to give! XO
