E:32 You can’t spell journey without Joy!

I’m not sure why it’s taken me so long to record from one of my most favorite hiking spots, but here we are! Today this recording came from the top of one of my hikes, and it was a beautiful sunrise moment, reminding me to be present in this very moment. I’ve been reminded lately that it’s easy to be living for the next moment in the next moment, and the next moment, instead of pausing and taking deep breaths of awareness, and finding the gift, that is the present. Today I invite you to ground into the energy of this present moment, and recognize how far you’ve come on your journey, and start making shifts to bring more joy into your life.
