E:1 Feel the fear and do it anyway!-

From the forest of Lake Atitlan, Guatemala, I decided it was time to hit record and get this pod party started! In my very first episode I reflect on my desire to find peace and serenity in the middle of nowhere and how the universe had a different plan for me. I share what it means to be in alignment and why that’s important to me and how I allow signs from the universe to guide me as I travel through a foreign country and through life. I also talk about making a connection to nature and how honoring her beauty will give us strength no matter what we’re going through. I’m so excited to start paving this path and creating a community to share my perspective with. I hope you enjoy, here we grow!!
