Today’s episode is with bio-regional herbalist, forager and author John Slattery.

This recording joins the 2016 Sonoran Herbalist Apprenticeship Program’s Plant Energetics module mid-session (amidst a tasting of Artemisia carruthii) where a discussion of liver energetics is happening just before transitioning into a brief discussion of Artemisia ludoviciana, estafiate.

Then plant energetics are discussed, in general, moving into John’s philosophy about how to relate to plant energetics through an experiential framework and the importance of the triumvirate: Person, Place, & Plant.
