Triggered

After all the self reflection and work we’ve done on ourselves, there are still moments and people that trigger us to a heightened state, that make us question our worth and activate the negative self talk. We’ve had 2 triggering moments in our last 2 girls trips respectively and we decided to share how this has played out for us both.
