Episode 1: Palpable Pride

It is only fitting that our first official episode of Hellscape Carousel podcast is about pride. While all our episodes are a little bit pride, this one especially takes a Hellscape look at pride, gayness and the LGBTQ+ community from a more personal viewpoint.

In this episode join us as we talk about Palpable Pride. Now you might be asking what is palpable pride? Well that is what you get when you throw two gay men, one queer woman and Andrew onto microphones. In all seriousness, while celebrating the hard work, achievements and sacrifices made to achieve pride month is incredibly important, it does not take away from the fact that despite how “accepting” the world is, the LGBTQ+ community is constantly under attack – a rather large existing hellscape that the world faces. Not to mention that being a part of the LGBTQ+ community also has its own set of internal hellscapes. Join us as we dive into the Hellscape to find the humor, frustration, hope, and anxiety within, this time of the LGBTQ+ community and Pride.
