Upon Angel's early retirement from the Military in the mid 90's, there were no programs or groups where she could go to deal with my health - her mental health, which she knew was compromised. It prompted her to ask, Am I ok? Angel started on her journey to learn psychology, mapping the mind & the impact of life traumas. She utilized Equine therapy for her main healing and an emotional support dog. After rehabilitation from 2 major life changing accidents, left an abusive relationship, survived a house fire, lost a career job from "corporate restructure" and even faced bankruptcy... Angel found a key to dust off and 'get back in the saddle.'
