Episode description
In 2004, South-Korean police would be called down to arrest a man that was presumably assaulting sex workers. However, during interrogation, they would soon discover that they were in the presence of one of the country's most notorious serial killers - Yoo Young-Chul, otherwise known as The Raincoat Killer.
