Heavy Mental Noise

This podcast was created to find the links between mental health and music.( as well as comedy, hanging out and experiencing joy/laughter). How does this help those (like me) who have experienced mental health injuries or issues including: PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Addictions and more? I would like to interview musicians, mental heath experts and those whose stories are relevant to this podcast.  I will attempt to keep an up-beat, humorous and laid back format, where anything goes! Hopefully, we will all learn something, (if not to just enjoy, and have some comic relief) and find this podcast both interesting and entertaining. I put out new episodes, as I am able. Hopefully soon, I will be strong enough to get more of a consistent schedule. This podcast should be available wherever your favorite podcasts are found!
