One is definitely going to a Game seven and the other two we have absolutely no idea about.

For one, we knew that they were gonna lose one game they always do, especially Game two went about as much as you would expect, especially true because the Cavs went without Donovan Mitchell for two games, which you knew that was gonna be a big problem. And if now, if you listen to the chatter out there, it's like not really
good on the streets for Donnovan Mitchell. People are already saying, oh, Donovan Mitchell thinks the rest of the Cavaliers are immature. And then donnad Mitchell's gonna come out on Twitter and say, hey, they cappen. And then Donovan Mitchell in that last game in Boston was wearing a brand new Cleveland Cavalier's hat on that looked like somebody from the PR staff said hey, you need to put this on.
In terms of showing solidarity Donovan.
Some people are saying that he played his last game as a Cavalier because he's probably not going to extend. Then the other people come out and say donovand Mitchell actually loves it in Cleveland, which said no one ever, regardless the heater circling, the Lakers are circling, the Brooklyn Nets are circling, Cleveland is getting circled.

As for the Celtics, they look dominant. No team in modern memory can win in five games multiple times and yet still have a fan base that does not believe in them and questions whether the team can win it all myriad of issues, Tatum's lack of takeover the game, Gene Drew Holliday disappears for games at a time. Christas Porzingis is injury history pops up while simultaneously he is
injured and is not playing in playoff games. We have strange coaching decisions, but Boston just keeps winning, so we don't really know what they are until they face a true competitor. Sure, they haven't played anyone yet, but guess what. They can only play the teams that are in front of them, and they will get either an Indiana Pacers team that cannot play any defense, or they will get
a very banged up next team. This could be one of the least impressive runs to the finals we've seen in a long time, probably since the Milwaukee Milwaukee Bucks in twenty twenty one.

Critics, of course will point out that Miami without Jimmy and Cleveland without Donovan are very different teams. But like I said, they await either Indy or New York. Let's talk about that series though. The Knicks, as you know, beat the shit out of India in Game five in the Garden.

Of luca they've been getting by in this series with him being a shell, of HIMSELF and I was i was surprised to see the version of him that we saw. LAST night, i mean generally in,
the playoffs you know what you're getting Out. Of luca he's an all timer when it comes to rising to. The occasion he's been a superstar since he basically set foot in, the league and he usually just gets better in. The postseason clearly injured this. Time around the physicality of being in the doorger chamber and everything that they're throwing Defensively at Luca, And kyrie i'm in, the physicality it's. All There but luca just showing up. LAST night I
mean i, was confused just turn, it on turn. It off like a lot of people here locally look to it being more of a mental Thing with luca than a. Physical thing if he doesn't get off to a, good start if he's, missing shots he wants, To, Know oh, I'm injured i'm, banged Up but I'm not i'm not a bad. Basketball player i'm not missing. These shots i'm. Being fouled he's always arguing with, the rest but not. Last night he cut back. On that he was just he,

Got luca averaging three point three deflections per game in the Playoffs and kyrie right behind him at two. Point nine how are we getting this level of defense from guys who really haven't been hanging their hat their whole careers.

DEFENSE yeah i think it's a great observation and it's another sort of head scratcher Of How jason kidd can get it out of. These guys he did it a couple of years ago When the mavericks went On Their Western conference, finals run and that was a bad, defensive team and then all of the sudden second half of the season into the postseason they got things figured out and then it went away. From them they've been bad at defense last season and for a good chunk up
until the, trade deadline when you make the TRADE. For, pj washington you make the Trade For. Daniel gafford now you have more of a rim protective presence There, in gafford and then of COURSE. With pj washington and the, versatility defensively, the athleticism all that. Was huge AND then i think when you have when you, have superstars and we see this IN. The, nba now the qualities of a, head coach how high on the priority list is it when it comes to being able to manage your superstar
personalities and get the best out. Of them and you're seeing it for sure when it Comes To jason Kidd and Luca And jason Kidd and kyrie and the relationships that he has with both of. Those guys they respect them and when he calls, him out they generally rise to.
The occasion and this is definitely the most professional and mature Version of KYRIE that i think we've, Seen ever and a lot of that probably has to do with some of the installation of being being kind of buddy buddy with the, Head Coach, jason kidd but also having the respect, for him and then same actually in the top of the front office with General Manager nico harrison and the relationship that. They have it Seems like kyrie.
Is happy he understands his role on. This team he Knows that luca is supposed to be, The man so How can kyrie go about affecting the game without being the number? One option and he's done, a really really nice job. Of that we're actually kind of wanting to see that his scoring go up a little bit more in this, particular series but his fingerprints are all over. The game and when when when you get the when you get the buy in from, your superstars everybody else
has to buy in. As, well defensively and so you can see so much, of defense especially if you're if you have A, high Iq which Kyrie and, luca do and if you have some semblance, Of athleticism, my gosh if you just give great, effort defensively you can you can. Get by and so they they're finally. Doing that they've picked their spots, at times but at this point the, post season they're doing it a heck of a lot.
More so it's super impressive The Way jason kidd now not once but twice in the season has flipped the defense on its rear end basically and got it to where it's NOT only, i mean it's not a weakness, it is it's a strength. For them they play really really good defense.
Right, Now yeah kyrie impacting winning in ways that we've never.

PJ washington i just wanted to follow up on that not a great game, last GAME and i think probably if it was me just in terms of, my observations a lot of that coming from, foul trouble early foul trouble going to. The bench, for, you like how MUCH. Has pj washington been impacting this team on both ends of, the floor and then in this, next game what should we expect for him more of what we've seen early on in the series or what we.
Just, saw yeah it's a great question. As well he's he's a guy that has been hugely impactful since since the day they traded, for him especially on the. Defensive side, now offensively you've seen him start to start to get to those places where you know he's. Capable of he
showed It. In charlotte he's. A, guy hey you're not super surprised he dropped twenty five, points tonight but his three ball and especially his corner three was just god awful the entire season With the mavericks, at least and then once you get him into the postseason here and into, the series all of, a sudden he's knocking down the
shots and he's kind of been the. Veteran presence this is a guy who also talks about wanting to Be, in DALLAS and i think there's a comfort level that he has and he's sort of he's rising the same way you're seeing some other. Guys do but he's been huge for. This series, without him you. Don't win you
Don't win games two. And three he was putting the scoring onus, on Himself where kyrie is getting all sorts of blitzes and double teams sitting, his way they're forcing the ball out of, His hands luca not being himself. At all somebody had to, step UP. And pj, washington said let me be. That guy and it's. Been huge
it's been. Absolutely huge but you can't rely, on that and so ultimately you were going to get a night like last night where, still, impacting winning still making, you know great, play defensively and big time stuff on the offensive side when it comes to late in the game and big possessions that he was able to capitalize on following up on a misshot going for the dunk that was huge late in. The game so he's another guy that understands his role and is capable of erupting a little.
Bit offensively i'm not going to bank on him doing that again like he Did in games two, and three where he's scoring twenty. Plus points but in terms of the impact, on, winning yeah he's a guy That the mavericks have really.
Really appreciated, Right now minnesota is up thirty one to fourteen after the. FIRST quarter i guess the two surprise teams In the west this year would Be ok See, in Minnesota and minnesota has more vets on. The team But okay see's.
