Episode description

Join Ernst J. Schaefer, MD, Founder and Chief Medical Officer as he discusses the COVID-19 (SARS-CoV2) IgM and IgG antibody testing at Boston Heart Diagnostics.  IgM antibodies eliminate pathogens in the early stages of infection. IgG antibodies develop later and provide the majority of antibody-based immunity against invading pathogens including COVID-19. These tests help identify people who have been exposed and have possibly developed immunity to COVID-19.
