 Munira van der Zijl is a mindfulness and compassion teacher who is also trained in; tribal dance, vinyasa yoga, sacred circle and flower essence creation.

Munira works through the lens within the framework of the Shamanic Medicine Wheel which looks at the root of each of our individual ancestral lines, towards nature and her ability to facilitate lasting transformation.

She uses movement, meditation and flower essences in my practice, applying ancient and proven techniques, in order that one may flourish within the environment of a modern lifestyle.
