Welcome to #HearMyVoice. The podcast which explores hate crime, and peoples experiences while offering insight, education, and support.

In this episode, we will be talking to Kalen Reid and Emily Balmer about hate crime and the LGBT community.

Here at York St. John University, we are taking a stand against hate crime to promote we don’t condone it. This is helped through our brand-new podcast series #HearMyVoice.

This podcast has been birthed through York St. John University, the student's union and the All about Respect campaign.

Hate Crime is described as a crime motivated by prejudice and can be displayed as anything from bullying, assault or harassment.
