What is Redux?

Redux is an ultra-efficient evaporation system that leaves hearing instruments sounding their best through complete and verified moisture removal.

Redux Launches NEW @Home Dryer

Redux @Home will achieve complete moisture removal like the Pro models, only in ~2 hours' time @Home where the patient can be most proactive in maintaining their hearing instruments' performance and reliability. Redux has done it again, developed and patented a completely new way of drying to achieve verified complete moisture removal, now @Home for the first time ever.

Redux Launches NEW ProLite for Hearing Care Professionals

The new Redux Pro Lite is the same professional dryer as the Pro with a new place to view data via free Redux app. The Pro Lite Bundle will include a preorder of four Redux @Home dryers to ship in June for the same price as the Redux Pro. The @Home dryer will resell for $399.99.

How does Redux remove all moisture?

  1. First, Redux pulls a vacuum on the device to reduce the evaporation point of water.
  2. Liquid turns to gas and is pulled out of the device.
  3. A valve is opened to introduce fresh dry air into the chamber that pushes the vapors outside the system across a humidity sensor.
  4. The process repeats until the humidity sensor confirms all moisture is removed.
  5. The process stops and the amount of moisture removed is displayed on the screen.

Blaise Delfino, M.S. - HIS  (00:06):

You're tuned in to the Hearing Matters podcast, the show that discusses hearing technology, best practices, and a growing national epidemic: Hearing Loss. Before we kick this episode off, a special thank you to our partners. Weave - the All In One patient communication and engagement platform. Redux - Faster. Drier. Smarter. Verified. Fader Plugs - the world's first custom adjustable earplug. Welcome back to another Hearing Matters podcast. And I have to say this is an episode you are not going to want to miss. We have Dr. Mark Campbell-Foster from Redux. Dr. Foster, welcome to the Hearing Matters podcast.

Dr. Mark Campbell-Foster (00:56):

Thank you Blaise, it's great to be here and I appreciate the great warm welcome. So, I'm excited to chat about Redux

Blaise Delfino, M.S. - HIS  (01:01):

Mark, we are super excited and honored to have you on the show. You and I were talking a little bit before we hit that "record" button, and this episode really does bring me back to when Matt Hay visited the office years ago. He wanted to see how things were going with our Redux machine. Just an awesome individual all around and to have the opportunity to interview you, you know, being such a thought leader in the hearing healthcare space, we're really honored to have you on the show today. And you've had quite the career, Mark. You are the director of sales and marketing at Redux, however, you're also a doctor of audiology and a cochlear implant recipient. Tell us what motivated you to enter the field of audiology.

Dr. Mark Campbell-Foster (01:51):

Great question, and I love talking about this story, but really it comes down to the fact that I just wanted to give back to the field that gave so much to me. You know, I was misdiagnosed so I wasn't correctly picked up until aboat just before age five. And one of the stories that the audiologist that diagnosed me correctly at that time told me was that when I got signed for my medical clearance from the ENT, the ENT actually picked up the phone and called her and said, you saved that little boy's life. And you know, I didn't understand at that time, but we all go to school and learn about the critical language window that we all have. And, uh, this ENT really understood that and said, you know, uh, my parents are oral. They, they never knew about deaf culture, things like that.

(02:41):

They wanted me to to speak. And so that was their wish. And, you know, and that doctor recognized that, that that window could have closed for me had I not been picked up. And I even get goosebumps now. But that story always stayed with me because, you know, every time I tested a little kid, I always wanted to make sure I got the most reliable test so that I wasn't, you know, ever missing something. You know? So really I couldn't be here without the success of hearing care professionals, right? Like I did 10 years at Cochlear where I could do surgical support and you know, I just went through the pandemic with everybody wearing masks and, you know, it wasn't easy. But with the technology I have, I'm able to do it. I know it's kind of a cliche like "Deaf boy does good," but you know, that's kind of what really motivated me to get into this field.

Blaise Delfino, M.S. - HIS  (03:33):

But what a, what a touching story, Mark. And the fact that the ENT picked up the phone said, "you saved this boy's life." Because when we do talk about that critical language period, so as, so as a child, if you're not picking up on some of those fricative sounds like the "F" as in Frank, or "S" as in Sam or "T" for Tom, that can absolutely affect overall speech and language development. So, thank you for sharing that story with us. We, we so appreciate that. Actually, that's the first time I've heard that story. So, thank you for sharing your "why" with us.

Dr. Mark Campbell-Foster (04:06):

My pleasure.

Blaise Delfino, M.S. - HIS  (04:08):

Mark, when we talk about sales and marketing, that really does require a lot of strategy and communication. You have turned your hearing loss into a hearing gain, and you really did not and have not let your hearing loss define you. What are some strategies throughout the years and even today that you implement to see the results you are seeing as sales and marketing director at Redux?

Dr. Mark Campbell-Foster (04:40):

Something we all have to do is advocate for ourselves, right? And, so, when you have hearing loss and it can kind of be invisible, especially, you know, people can take for granted what your hearing loss can do based on like, I don't like to use the term passing, but you know, if you can speak, people will make certain assumptions of your hearing loss and things like that. And so, people absolutely will make certain assumptions about me and I have to advocate for myself because sometimes those assumption can be wrong and sometimes those assumptions can work in my favor, right? And so it's not necessarily a, a fair world out there, but one thing I've noticed is that advocacy has been my best friend, and education. And so, that's really our strategy at Redux, is that we believe in what we do and it's rooted in science

(05:31):

and we have so many patents, that my goal is education because you know, once you understand what it is or even experience Redux, you're hooked because it's based in science and fact and you can't argue with that. That's what I love is being able to, and that's something I've learned, is that you can really win over people, you know, by having passion, but doing it with education, with this lens of like teaching because you know, I don't want anybody to ever buy something from me unless they truly believe what we're doing, you know? And that's part of like Redux success is that we offer risk free trials. So, you can try Redux risk free for 30 days. If you don't like it, we'll pay for the shipping back because again, we don't ever want you to have something you don't believe in. But because of that and you know, word of mouth, we have such little return

(06:23):

and that's one of the things that makes working for this company so exciting. And the fact that I can take my experience with hearing loss, you know, so like my sister has hearing loss and she also has MS. And so one thing with her is that it's based in her spine. So, if her lesions get a little big, it can infringe on the auditory nerve, which makes her hearing change. But that's related to the MS. But she also has receiver-in-the-ear hearing aids, she has a pool, she's got lots of kids, she's running around, and sometimes her hearing aids get weak. And so, when I gave her, when I told her I was working for Redux, you know, my family's so used to me working for Cochlear and talking about implants that they kept thinking Redux with a hearing aid. And I finally was like, no, <laugh>.

(07:11):

I brought them the device and I showed them and I said, "Daisy put your hearing aids in it." And she had no idea what I was doing. And when I gave them back to her, I pulled out like 1.7 microliters. She literally looked at her husband and she goes, "Mike, I cannot believe how much clearer I can hear you right now." It's amazing. And that moment because it would like, here's uh, it, I again, I get good bump because it's like, you know, that's when I realized Redux is really something, you know, just that pride and joy. So, I'm just so grateful that I got here, um, and have the role that I do because it's just perfect. So, um, I can't say enough about it.

Blaise Delfino, M.S. - HIS  (07:48):

<laugh> Mark, I love the vulnerability there. And you really account your advocacy, you know, to advocate for yourself as part of your success. I mean, success is that progressive realization of a worthy ideal. And you believe so much in this product because this product literally does change lives. Yeah. Because a wet hearing aid <laugh> and a hearing aid that is full of moisture is not going to have that crisp, clear sound. So, thank you for sharing that story with us of how you really do operate day to day and implement that advocacy approach. Really do appreciate that. And Mark, I heard from a friend that Redux has some really exciting news coming out. And before we get into that, in the next, you know, 20 to 30 seconds, I have to say that being a former private practice owner, working one-on-one with patients on a daily basis, we started using Redux in 2019.

(08:54):

So, the first system, which was the, the big box, it never failed us. The only thing that would be a little spotty is the WiFi connection with the computer, but we fixed it. You reset WiFi. So, when we talk about reliability, this product is absolutely reliable. But what I love and we love the most about it is our patients rally behind this machine. Now, being that our patients rally behind the machine, we would often have windows when patients could come in, I'd take their hearing aids, put their hearing aids in the Redux, dry 'em in what is now, you know, five minutes and then they're on their way, you know, they're under warranty. It's a complimentary drying session. But now, patients can dry their hearing aids in the comfort of their home. And like I've said, I've personally been using the Redux machine for over three years now.

(09:47):

Like I've said, our machine has dried thousands of hearing aids. Never broke down. Mm-hmm. <affirmative>. And our patients have the peace of mind that if they jump in their pool or if they're outside mowing the lawn and they're perspiring, which wear earplugs when they're mowing the lawn, that was a bad example. Yes. <laugh>, if it's hot out in summer and they're perspiring a lot and they flood their hearing aids, they have the peace of mind that they can come to the office and have their hearing aids dried. But like I said, Redux now has a new product where patients will be able to dry their hearing aids in the comfort of their living room. This is incredible information. Mark, tell us more about the next family of Redux hearing aid dryers.

Dr. Mark Campbell-Foster (10:31):

So, Blaise, you hit it on the head. Like patients or people that use hearing devices really come to appreciate and rely on Redux. So, your patients know that you had it in your office. That was like a lifeline, right? They felt this freedom that they might not have had before. And that's something that I truly take to heart is the, the stress and vulnerability that people have on these devices. Like, you know, you think about going away for a long weekend and what happens when the hearing aid goes down and you're not near somebody that has a redux machine and that you have to then send the aid in for repair or you have to wait a few days to get seen. And that's when the stress really comes in for that person. Their quality of life changes, right? And so that's what I've always said about Redux is that this machine gets people to go home to have dinner with their families at night.

(11:22):

You know, and just for people listening, just some stats is that we can revive hearing aids from the dead more than 50% of the time. We take weak aids and make them sound better more than 80% of the time. And we take good aids and make them sound better even 84% of the time. And the reason is, is that moisture is everywhere. So, you talk about jumping in the pool and perspiring, but our ears are like the Amazon rainforest. So, you put something in that's been sitting on a table into your hot humid ear, you immediately get conversation like you would see on a window when you're doing laundry on a cold day. So, all of this to say is that Redux is an amazing product, but people would be like, when are you gonna come out with the home unit? Because you know, people come in to see me, but they would love to have this at home.

(12:09):

And so, that's when me and James decided that, okay, let's work on this. And so we actually have a different technology for the, for the clinic. Um, so we use a different technology for the clinic in drying and we now have this new proprietary way of, and patented way of drying at home. It's super cool. We're gonna be able to take a hearing device and remove all moisture just the way we do in the clinic and get it dry to a complete endpoint in just two hours for both aids. But how we do it is so cool and so novel, is that if you think about it, current dryers are usually taking the ambient air. And if you're taking ambient room air, we'll say, okay, I'm in. I just had to turn down my heater, my radiators were kicking on. And so it's probably like 45% humidity in here, right?

(13:00):

So, my devices can't get below 45% humidity because that's the air going over it. Now mind you, there's a fan being applied in a heater, but if you don't have a sensor in there or a way to monitor, how do you actually know what's being dried? So, there's a lot of variables with what's going on. And then most drivers have a dessicant. And what's kind of funny is our dryer can actually rejuvenate Dessicants <laugh>. So, you can take those dessicants and just dry them out and bring them back to life. There's kinda like, if you can do that, why not just use the dryer? Right? But

Blaise Delfino, M.S. - HIS  (13:33):

Mark, mark, why am I now learning this

Dr. Mark Campbell-Foster (13:36):

<laugh>? Well, we don't like to say that we don't like to talk too badly. What we've done is we created a way to make air ultra dry. And so if you can make air ultra dry, it actually makes air thirsty. And so what we've done is we have a rejuvenating dessicant, we dry out the air to a very low humid point, we push it over the chamber where the hearing aids are, well, the moisture immediately wicks into the dry air until it becomes saturated. We then push it through the chamber over the humidity sensor, which is our kryptonite, right? <laugh>. So we can then see how much moisture's still in there. We then pass that now saturated air over the dessicant, and push that now re-dried air into the chamber continuing. And we just do that loop until it's at a 0% endpoint. And so I mentioned the dessicant, most dryers have a disposable dessicant that you need to replace. Well again, we can rejuvenate it and so there's no replacement parts and we dry to a complete end point. And because we do such an effective job drying it, you don't need to dry every day. So it's a once a week to once a month treatment at home and it's just gonna be such a lifeline for patients that rely so much on it. So, I am super excited and uh, I just think the way that the device works is just super cool.

Blaise Delfino, M.S. - HIS  (14:57):

If you are in clinic, it's not a matter of wanting a Redux. You need one. You need this in your clinic to operate effectively. And here is an example of why. So when we fit new patients with their hearing technology, they have their fitting appointment, which is usually 45 minutes. We don't like to inundate them with a bunch of information because they're brand new hearing aid users. So in this instance, this is a new hearing aid user. So then one week later they come back, that's when I will do real ear measurement at their first follow up. And the reason being, and oftentimes we would do real ear measurement at the first fitting and then just turn on the acclimation. Uh, however, some patients have low tolerance to all of that new sound coming at them. But, my point is this: before you run real ear measurement, put the hearing aids in the Redux.

(15:57):

Because if you do not, and we've seen this too, we've seen aids with a little bit of moisture in them. The output on the real ear measurement is the overall gain is, is decreased versus a hearing aid that has been dried. And I will also say this, when new hearing aids come from any of the manufacturers, you put those brand new hearing aids in the Redux before you fit that patient. That was our process. Because if you think about it, that box could be coming from manufacturer A, and then going onto a UPS truck. Did they drive through, you know, the south where it's incredibly humid. Like you said the ear is the Amazon Forest. I just had to share that personal experience with you Mark, because there are so many applications and the Redux helps your patients and the fact that they can now dry their hearing aids in the comfort of their home. And this is perfect for your weekend warriors who are incredibly busy, who perspire a lot, this is perfect for them.

Dr. Mark Campbell-Foster (17:00):

Any hearing care professional can think of at least a handful of patients that have a problem with moisture. You know, I can think of a handful that I want to get this device to. Um, what you were saying though is how you would con- treat uh, new hearing aids, uh, before fitting then after with Redux. That's exactly the point is that moisture has been such an issue that as hearing care professionals, we kind of gloss over it. So, if you then Redux these aids before fitting when they come in or even, you know, before troubleshooting it, they say there's something wrong, Redux it. Because if you effectively remove all the moisture, then you have a clean slate of what you're troubleshooting with. So again, if you have a dryer in your office that doesn't have a sensor, that doesn't have a strong enough vacuum pole, then how do you know you're truly effectively removing all the moisture?

(17:51):

So then you may still have a weakened receiver that you have to connect to the computer to overdrive and had you just Reduxed before maybe that receiver would've been restored to full strength and you wouldn't have had to connect them to the computer. Thus, you know, with saving time for the hearing care professional, reducing frustration on the person using the device. So, I love that you brought that up because that's an inherent side effect that people don't necessarily think about when they're using the Redux, that they may be saving time because they don't have to do certain steps after they do it, but they may not realize

Blaise Delfino, M.S. - HIS  (18:25):

There are a few patients when you had mentioned, "you know, you might have a handful of patients that you can think of that will really benefit from the Redux at home dryer." And I'll never forget, have a few patients wearing ITE full shells and patient came in and it was after a follow-up appointment and they came in and when you rely on your hearing aids, it's frustrating. So you have that frustration. Mark, I put the hearing aids in the Redux and these hearing aids were dead. They were doing so well two weeks ago. And so I put the hearing aids in the Redux, I took them out, put brand new batteries in, let the batteries sit, and I turned the hearing aids on and that feedback was the best sound <laugh> I heard all day. And the patient was so happy. And it was a testament of this is why we invest in products like the Redux to help our patients. I just had to share that story.

Dr. Mark Campbell-Foster (19:27):

No, I mean I, when I was in the clinic helping patients pick devices, I would often try to get them to go to behind the ears because less technology in the ear canal would be less susceptible to moisture. And so you start to take away options for patients and you know, every hearing care professional is within their realm to recommend what they want. But, if we can solve moisture, then why not keep all the options on the table for people? Right? You know, so that's just really where I'm at. And that's the whole thing with Redux is expanding access to our products so that if you want a patient that really want to CIC, but moisture's gonna be an issue, well now we have that solution. So, that's why we're here to like, I'm shouting this from the rooftop because moisture is such a massive issue that we just ignore that we can't. And I'm so excited for the Redux at home because I think hearing care professionals are gonna realize how much it helps. I'm just super excited for that. Like, it's gonna be the best.

Blaise Delfino, M.S. - HIS  (20:26):

Mark, I'm curious because there have been at home hearing aid dryers that we share with our patients and they do a decent job, but as you're saying, they're just pushing warm air through the hearing aids. The Redux at Home Dryer is going to remove all of that moisture. So, how is the Redux different than the other at-Home dryers? Like just using dessicant. You know, I'm sure the dessicant dryers aren't going to go away and it's a great little travel tool, you know, for the patients. But just curious, you know, what makes Redux so different and why should patients choose the Redux at Home dryer versus the other at-Home Dryers?

Dr. Mark Campbell-Foster (21:12):

Great question and that's why we wanna be here to chat about it. So, a traditional dryer typically is, is an open chamber so that they have air that comes in and it typically has a little bit of a heater with a fan that's blowing the warm air around it. And like you said, it does a decent job of getting some of the moisture out. What the dessicant does nearby is that it acts as like a wicking agent to absorb the moisture, but that dessicant is still absorbing moisture and trying to remove it from the ambient air around the hearing aid. So, it's trying to do a lot more work than say our dryer, which is in a closed chamber and our air gets treated which standard dryer or not. So, the dessicant in the standard dryer isn't purifying and drying the air that's going around that hearing aid.

(22:02):

That's exactly what we are doing. So, we're purifying the air, drying it out of all moisture and then putting it over the hearing aid, so that it absorbs all the moisture. And so we are able to get deep within the product, within the hearing device that other, um, dryers can't do. That's really where we have the proof. And also, we have the sensors, but we actually can tell when that hearing aid is done, having moisture in it. There isn't a dryer out there on the market that has a sensor, to my knowledge, that can say, "oh, we've completely dried this and you're ready to go." So that is inherently gonna be awesome for us because, or for Redux at Home, because you have that complete confidence that you just dried it out. So those dryers that you're talking about are good, you know, they, they're kind of like a, um, I don't wanna say like a surface bandaid, but where Redux is going to be able to get you back to baseline of 0%.

(23:03):

Now, if you had a, if you were at 40% and got completely splashed and you are at 60%, maybe your other at-home dryer will get you down to your 40%, but with Redux, it's gonna take you down to 0%. One thing too to remember is that hearing loss is gradual. And so is the hearing. If you have mic protectors, right, dirt over those mic protectors are gonna slowly cause the sound to fade away. Well, that's what happens with moisture accumulation, right? Everybody thinks it has to be that big rainstorm and not, but every day I put a receiver in my ear, I just have that little bit of condensation buildup. Well, you're not gonna notice that little bit of condensation buildup, which is why when I started I said, you know, 50% of dead aids come back to normal, but 84% of good aids sound even better. It's because of that gradual buildup. And that's really what Redux is going to be able to do. That "aha" you're going to, you're gonna have more "aha" moments like, "Ooh, I just tried this device," than you're going to with the traditional dryers

Blaise Delfino, M.S. - HIS  (24:05):

And Mark, I will say, I do not wear hearing technology, but I do work out, I do go to the gym. So, I wear Bluetooth sound canceling earbuds, which are pretty tiny, but I love using them in the gym because it has the noise canceling, and I'm essentially protecting my hearing using those noise canceling buds. But, if I'm doing high intensity interval training, I'm sweating and I have noticed, and I've put these buds in the Redux and I have pulled mm-hmm <affirmative> 1.4 microliters out of them. And what I've also noticed too, and I was trying to troubleshoot this, is there would be times where Bluetooth would cut out, but then I would put them, and it wasn't a Bluetooth issue, it was actually a moisture issue, because if there's moisture in my earbuds that I work out with, that can affect some of those internal components. So, it really wasn't a Bluetooth issue, it's moisture. And super excited to try this new Redux at home dryer. It is such a great solution for patients at home and it's so tiny that they can travel with it, take it on vacation, the whole kit and caboodle. This is amazing!

Dr. Mark Campbell-Foster (25:20):

And so you brought up great points, too, that I hadn't thought to mention yet, but anybody with ear devices can use this. So, ear pods, um, Bluetooth accessories, like I had, um, you know, I use Redux more for my friends and family with their EarPods <laugh> and I tell 'em, "okay, listen to your favorite song right now, I'm gonna do it." And then they'll tell me like, "oh, I can hear more background music, I, oh, I'm background noise. I can hear more high frequencies." Like, it's super cool. But to that point too, your, your products probably have a rechargeable battery. Yes. And our devices are completely safe for rechargeable and disposable battery because literally, um, for the professional unit we literally evaporate moisture at body temperatures. So, 99 degrees. So, if it's safe to be worn on the body. It's safe to be placed in our dryer. And our at-home dryer doesn't actually even use heat. So, it's uh, maybe on the rejuvenating dessicant but not with the, uh, the hearing aid portion. It's the ultra dry air that's removing that moisture. So, no having to worry about that. And anybody, any device that will fit inside the machine that gives us sound can be used.

Blaise Delfino, M.S. - HIS  (26:29):

Mark, I love it. I've even put my Apple watch in the Redux. Yeah. Just to kind of, you know, see how much moisture we would pull out. And what was really fun is we would do some like fun competitions in the office where we would take a hearing aid, put it in a cup of water all day, and then guess how many microliters we would remove. So, that was always fun to see. Yeah. And the hearing aid always came back to life, which is amazing. So, Mark, a few hearing care providers tuned in might be asking, "How would Redux help my patients? How is it gonna help my business? Is it worth the investment?"Because these are all things that I asked Matt Hay when we were first talking about Redux. However, I am definitely an early adopter and we are early adopters, so I'm like, "Heck yeah, I wanna try this new awesome product to dry hearing aids, send it on out, let's get Rockin' and rolling." But curious, you know, how does it help patients? How would it help their business? Is it worth the investment The patients will be able to purchase their at-home dryers through a hearing care provider?

Dr. Mark Campbell-Foster (27:36):

First off, is it worth the investment? 100%. So, we offer many opportunities to have Redux. And so, first and foremost the benefits are just for the patients alone, just the, the satisfaction, the experience that they get from having Redux, that is still pretty new. I mean we're in all 50 states and in like over 10 countries now, but it's still not in every street corner. And you know, when patients see Redux in your office and they hear the difference, it's a unique differentiator for you, 100%. And also there are ways to monetize it. You know, like there are centers that offer it as a subscription service because it's definitely meant to be a proactive tool. Yes. So, you know, you want to bring people back in for their treatment so that you know, they're not coming in when you have a busy day and they're hearing aid is off the air with moisture.

(28:29):

So, you're able to set up a service plan and therefore you're able to be proactive. And I think that's really one of the best things about Redux too, is that it helps protect your schedule. Initially, we had the re the Redux Pro and that retailed at $3,600, and that was our flagship device that had the screen on board and stuff like that. But you know, one thing that we know is that current dryers in the clinic don't give out data and things like that. So, we thought about trying to make a more affordable device but didn't sacrifice drying or anything. So, we now came out with the Pro Lite, which is going to be about $1,750, and so below $2,000, and you don't sacrifice any of the drying technology whatsoever and you still get the data from a free app that you can download on your phone.

So now, it's even much more affordable. So, and just remember patients may have Redux at home, but Redux in your office is gonna be able to troubleshoot and remove moisture from every hearing aid. So not every patient's gonna have a Redux at home to have a nice dry aid coming into your office. And again, it's really meant to be proactive. And so you may have those frequent flyers that come in too often that you may wanna then say, "Hey, here's the Redux dryer that we have." And so Redux at Home is gonna retail for about $399 and that's the, you know, the, the starting price which is pretty comparable to, you know, the wireless accessories or high-end accessories because there's a really a lot of technology in this device and a lot of patents and things like that. And it does go beyond the traditional dryer. So, but I encourage anybody that's even remotely thinking about Redux to reach out to us, we're easy to reach out to it's Hearing@Redux.com. And so we'll take any questions. If you have hearing loss, if you're a hearing care professional, anybody can email that.

Blaise Delfino, M.S. - HIS  (30:26):

Mark. Thank you so much for sharing that contact information. And I will say that the, having the data, so an idea for the Redux Partners could be if you have the Pro Lite and it has the free app, if you went on to, I don't know, your local printing company or even Vistaprint, you could literally put your logo on top of a little script pad, how many microliters that you remove. You could create your own clinic drying removal sheet, if you will. And if you have the Pro Light, sync it up with the app. Right. Okay, we pulled out 1.7 microliters from your hearing aids today. Hand that out to your patients cuz that's what we would do with the original, the OG Redux, is we would print out the sheet, highlight it, send it to them, uh, send it home with them. They loved that. The patients love to get behind the "why" and why you invest in Redux is first and foremost, patient satisfaction, and it does preserve your schedule. Mark, we're nearing the end of our show today. Do you have any final words about Redux, about why you love audiology so much, and will there ever be a Lego set dedicated to Redux?

Dr. Mark Campbell-Foster (31:46):

Yes, there's gonna be a Lego set dedicated to Redux and we're already working with someone on that, so I love that you asked that. So James, if you're listening, you heard it from Blaise, you're reinforcing <laugh>. I love what you brought up on the, um, the sheet to tell patients how much moisture they have and we actually have that where you can put your logo and stuff on it. So again, check out redux.com. Um, the website's undergoing a bit of a refresh right now. Um, but anything or everything we haven't covered, do not hesitate to reach out to us, um, hearing@redux.com. Um, Blaise, thank you so, so much. Um, I am so glad I get to be here to give back to the field that I've gotten so much from and, uh, it's been a pleasure. So, thank you.

Blaise Delfino, M.S. - HIS  (32:30):
