The power of the mind

The “Life from her view: the power of the mind” episode feels very personal to me, it was my first voice diary entry, on the 16th April, 2021, before then I was used to writing in my diary, but early that morning on that day, I woke up with a heavy heart, I had a lot of emotions bottled down that I just wanted to voice it out. My life wasn’t going the way I wanted, it seemed like life was against me, but the funniest thing happened as I would speak, I found myself saying life is beautiful. In the midst of what was the most difficult period of my life at the time, somewhere in my subconscious, I still believed that life is good. I had this unexplainable peace in the storm, that represented God’s presence with me. The way the words seamlessly flowed through me that day, made me hopeful of better days ahead.
