Getting Out of the Post Event Vortex

We're going to go in and talk about getting out of the vortex after a big event or for a lot of people you might want call it the New Year's Vortex.
Especially after you've had a bit of time off work or a holiday period. It can be really hard to switch your brain to getting back into routine with things and getting back on track.
But it's time for us to jump back on track.
I want to normalize this and make sure that everyone knows that it is ok to not be on top of things because you’re doing your best to pull yourself out of that little slump.
How to refocus the intentions and daily things to get back on track.
1. Be creative in what you are doing.
2. Set goals and intentions for whatever that maybe.
3. Write steps to follow or create a TO-DO list to follow
